  • Passion Fruit Raspberry Charlotte

    Spring Specialty Item... Alternating layers of vanilla sponge cake with passionfruit mousse and raspberry mousse. Topped with a layer of raspberry & passion fruit marmalade, and wrapped with a colorful almond jaconde.

  • Raspberry Charlotte

    Alternating layer of vanilla sponge cake with raspberry mousse, wrapped in vanilla roulade, and glazed with a raspberry Swiss seedless marmalade.

  • Lemon Charlotte

    Alternating layers of vanilla sponge cake with lemon mousse, wrapped in vanilla lady fingers and glazed with lemon curd.

  • Fruits of the Forest Frangipane Tart

    A vanilla butter short dough shell lined with raspberry Swiss marmalade, filled with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blackbernies and blueberries with an almond cake. After baking, it is glazed with apricot, and garnished seasonally.

    Our rich, dark chocolate soufflé cake is thinly masked in chocolate Swiss buttercream and enrobed in dark chocolate ganache.
